He founded his own consulting firm in DC in 2000. He has consulted to more than a hundred major employers on innovative approaches to flexibility, including the development of phased retirement programs and Mutual Respect initiatives in response to sexual harassment and bias in the workplace. His full-service firm provides diagnostic, program and policy development and integrated online systems and tools for proven implementation. His book Phased Retirement: The Next Flex Tsunmai will be available in 2022.
